Student Resources

Below is a list of quick links to campus resources.

Laptop Policy

Starting in 2020 UNC Charlotte adopted a new policy that requires all new students to have their own laptop. Students can bring a laptop they already have or choose to buy a new laptop from any vendor. Please note: Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, and mobile devices do not meet this requirement. We want you to be properly prepared with the technology needed for your college career.

By having your own laptop, you will be able to access the tools needed in your coursework this semester and throughout your degree program. Read the laptop requirement FAQs.
